History

Innovative Claim Solutions has been administering workers compensation claims for public agencies since our inception in 2000. Owners Gary Archibald and Cheryl Westeren have more than 60 years of combined experience in administering workers compensation claims for public agencies. We are solely a workers’ compensation claims administrator here in California.

Our Management Team has been recognized within the industry as experts in their field. We have provided presentations at such organizations as PARMA, CMA, VICA, CUIC, the University of California at Davis, and at CSAC-EIA. In addition, 92% of our examiners are licensed by the California’s Self-Insurance Plan’s certification program.

Our experience provides not only expert claims administration but also resources for issues such as PERS, LC 4850, presumptions, Return to Work, Utilization Review, Managed Care Services and more. We offer cities, counties, districts and joint powers authorities’ quality programs that keep pace with the complex business of managing workers’ compensation claims in California
